Role OverviewThe Production Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day production at the Truss Plant, coaching and motivating the production crew, and maintaining open communication with the staff. This position oversees a production team on one shift at the Madison, AL Truss Plant, with direct reports including 3 Lead Employees and 40 Production Employees. The Production Supervisor ensures company policies and procedures are followed, monitors quality and accuracy of all orders, and takes necessary action to manage production cost and improve profit.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include coaching the production team, complying with OSHA safety requirements, communicating with management staff and production team, organizing workflow, overseeing staff scheduling, monitoring quality, and ensuring employee safety training is conducted as required.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of industry experience
- A minimum of 5+ years' experience in operations management, and/or production management in the construction industry or construction related industry
