Role OverviewAs a Production Supervisor, you will lead a team of 4–7 dedicated employees and help deliver products our customers rely on. You will drive Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost goals while working closely with the Value Stream Manager to keep operations running smoothly.
What You Will Do
Your main responsibilities will include leading, coaching, and supporting your team, setting and managing daily/weekly/monthly SQDC targets, ensuring equipment safety, maintenance, and a clean, organized workspace, and troubleshooting issues.

Requirements
- 3–5 years of production/manufacturing experience
- 1–3 years of supervisory or team lead experience
- Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills
- Solid math skills and proficiency with Excel
