Role OverviewDirects the operation of shift production, ensuring adherence to standards, product safety, legality, and quality. Demonstrates competency for all on-the-job activities that may have a direct or indirect effect on product safety, legality, and/or quality.
What You Will Do
Reviews records and procedures, performs continuous inspections, ensures equipment is in good operating condition, promotes positive employee relations, and plans work assignments to cover all phases of production.

Must have 2+ years of experience in all areas of plant production work, high school diploma or equivalence, and completion of AIB Bakery Science Residence Program and formal management skills training program.
