Role OverviewAs a Production Supervisor, you will provide consistent leadership and operational excellence in manufacturing by overseeing the production activities of leads and operators in the department. You’ll ensure all product is produced on time, meets or exceeds the company’s quality standards, and all work is performed in a safe, efficient manner.
What You Will Do
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Essential job functions and duties include, but are not limited to: overseeing the planning, organization, and production of high-quality products within the department, staff, select, train, and motivate production leads and operators, supervise and direct the activities of the production team to meet operational goals, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to proactively resolve production issues.

Requirements
- 4+ years of production supervision experience within a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, and quality control systems
- Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to lift 50–60 pounds, climb stairs and ladders, and work in high-temperature environments
