Role OverviewThe Production Supervisor is entrusted with serving our Frontline Team Members and delivering the daily operational commitments of Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Cost for their area of responsibility.
What You Will Do
Champions a zero-injury culture, leads and mentors Frontline Team Members, owns the execution of the business plan, and monitors production processes to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
- At least 5 years of operations experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment
- At least 5 years of experience directly or indirectly leading frontline team members in a manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated success improving operational performance through Lean Manufacturing methodologies, Daily Management practices, and related continuous-improvement tools
