Role OverviewUnder the general supervision of the Production Superintendent, is responsible for the day to day running of the Production Department. Works with the QC Laboratory and Maintenance Departments in developing and implementing quality and maintenance programs.
What You Will Do
Plan, organize and control the day to day activities of the Production Department to meet customer requirements, ensure employees follow standard operating procedures, handle complaints and grievances, and maintain good housekeeping practices.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Good working knowledge of OSHA regulations
- Batch management experience
- Ability to have good communication and leadership skills
- Some knowledge of SAP
- Knowledge of computer skills (MS Office, Word, Excel) and organizational skills
- Good decision-making ability
