Role OverviewThe Production Supervisor position is responsible for providing leadership and direction to team members with a focus on safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement for production lines.
What You Will Do
The supervisor will conduct small and large team meetings, train new associates, administer policies and procedures, and ensure quality goals and objectives are met on a daily basis.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) in related field preferred
- Minimum of five years manufacturing experience with demonstrated leadership skills required
- Experience or knowledge in Electrical is preferred but not required
- Positive attitude
- Proven ability to plan and handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Creative and innovative team player
- Intermediate computer skills are required
- Demonstrated experience in personnel management
