Role OverviewAs Production Supervisor, you will play a critical leadership role in driving operational excellence at our Greensboro manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for leading production operations, developing high-performing teams, optimizing plant performance, and ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
What You Will Do
Lead safe, cost-effective manufacturing operations across production, shipping, maintenance, quality assurance, and supporting functions. Manage production scheduling and ensure operational goals are met while communicating key performance results to leadership.
