Production Supervisor

As a Production Supervisor at Pilgrim's, you will oversee daily operations in a poultry production facility, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining high standards for safety, quality assurance, and efficiency. You will coordinate team duties, monitor equipment and workflow, and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations. The role requires agility to respond to operational issues in real time.

Your main responsibilities will include providing training and creating a positive work environment, organizing manpower and materials, overseeing employee performance, and collaborating with other departments to identify opportunities for quality improvement and cost savings.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• College Degree in related field preferred
• 1 or more years of previous supervisory experience
• Leadership skills of 20+ employees preferred
• Poultry or food industry experience is a plus
• Effective communication both orally and in writing
• Capable of independent decision making
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
