Role OverviewResponsible for the efficient operation of Manufacturing Department, direction of the plant workforce, and meeting of daily production schedules. Supervises and coordinates activities of leaders and workers. Verifies correct manufacturing processes are adhered to.
What You Will Do
Interpret and enforce company policies and procedures to leaders and operators. Establish a safe workplace through employee involvement. Investigate all injuries and provide support for implementation of suggested corrective procedures.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering or related field, preferred
- 3+ years of related work experience or training
- 2+ years of supervisory/leadership experience
- Experience in manufacturing and supervision
- Ability to prepare and interpret various metrics, and reports
- Effective communication skills via written and oral
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, etc.
- Proficient mathematical skills
- Valid Drivers License
