Role OverviewThis entry-level day shift leadership role supports daily production operations across multiple departments within our Cold Spring, MN facility. The Production Supervisor will help coordinate workflow, monitor production activities, and ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are maintained.
What You Will Do
The Production Supervisor will spend much of their time on the production floor, assisting with team support, addressing operational challenges, and helping ensure work is completed efficiently and safely.

Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- College Degree in related field preferred
- Previous leadership experience in a supporting role is preferred
- Having this experience in the poultry or food industry is a plus
- Effective communication both orally and in writing
- Capable of independent decision making
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
