Role OverviewIn this entry-level night shift leadership role, you will support daily production operations across multiple departments within the 3rd Processing area of our Cold Spring, MN facility. Working closely with department leaders and team members, you will help coordinate workflow, monitor production activities, and ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are maintained.
What You Will Do
Hands-on supervisor training, experience various disciplines, provide training, organize manpower, materials, and production schedules, oversee employee performance, encourage open communication, collaborate with other departments, ensure safety standards, and take on additional responsibilities.

Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- College Degree in related field preferred
- Previous leadership experience in a supporting role is preferred
- Having experience in the poultry or food warehouse industry is a plus
- Effective communication both orally and in writing
- Capable of independent decision-making
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
