Role OverviewAs a Production Supervisor, you will serve as a role model for the shift crew, ensuring adherence to safety standards, housekeeping protocols, and proper asset care. You will contribute to the organization of Value Stream activities to meet volume objectives cost-effectively, with a strong focus on waste reduction. You will also coach the Operations crew towards continuous improvement in productivity, safety, and quality.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include maintaining all assets within the assigned area, ensuring machinery remains in good working condition. You will also assist the crew in identifying inefficiencies, measuring them, driving action plans, and implementing corrective actions using OPEN+ tools.

- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
