Role OverviewProvide leadership to the Production Department and ensure the day-to-day execution of all production activities. Ensure consistent operation of all equipment and processes. Deliver consistent services and products that meet all customer objectives and expectations.
What You Will Do
Directly supervise designated shifts, act as technical resource, ensure Associate training, performance reviews, safety, quality, efficiency, and timeliness. Participate in cross-functional teams, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement projects.

Requirements
- Associates Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Five (5) years' production/manufacturing experience
- Three (3) years' supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent computer/systems skills - MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook)
- Excellent cooperation and collaboration skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail, high energy, self-motivated and self-reliant
- Ability to supervise, coach and develop Associates
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle personal and confidential information
