Role OverviewThe Production Supervisor is responsible for leading hourly manufacturing employees in a fast-paced production environment to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity objectives. This role provides direct supervision, coaching, and development of production team members while ensuring compliance with company policies, quality standards, and environmental requirements.
What You Will Do
The Production Supervisor will promote and maintain a safe work environment, ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies, and conduct safety meetings, audits, and corrective actions. They will also supervise daily manufacturing operations, monitor labor utilization and machine performance, and ensure production targets and key performance indicators are achieved.

Requirements
