Role OverviewAs a Production Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations within our poultry production facility, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining high standards for safety, quality assurance, and efficiency. You will coordinate team duties, monitor equipment and workflow, and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations. The role requires agility to respond to operational issues in real time, helping maintain a productive and well-functioning workplace.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include providing training and creating a positive work environment, organizing manpower and production schedules, overseeing employee performance, and collaborating with other departments to identify opportunities for quality improvement and process enhancements.

Requirements
