Role OverviewThe Production Supervisor is responsible for the overall performance of Manufacturing within their department, including Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety, Training, Morale, and Continuous Improvement. This role operates on a four-day, 10-hour workweek (Monday through Thursday).
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include improving efficiency and utilization of the production department, ensuring quality of products, identifying problem root cause, and implementing corrective and preventive measures.
