Role OverviewReporting to the Plant Manager, the Production Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities and workflows of all employees to promote the overall efficiency of plant operations.
What You Will Do
Supervise all rail receiving, commodity loadout, flake grain grinder production employees on assigned shift, schedule and coordinate work hours and duties for employees on assigned shift, and oversee housekeeping program activities for entire work site.

Requirements
- College coursework in technical field desired
