Role OverviewThe Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily plant operations and ensuring production schedules are met safely, efficiently, and in alignment with company goals. This role coordinates manpower, workflow, and resources across departments to maintain quality, productivity, and cost control.

Oversee daily production plant operations and workflow execution, manage production schedules, assign crews and schedule labor, determine production sequencing, and prioritize work based on project needs.

Requirements
- High school diploma required
- 2+ years of production or manufacturing supervisory experience
- PCI Level I & II certification preferred
- Strong understanding of production processes and plant operations
- Ability to read schedules, manage workflow, and coordinate resources effectively
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Basic math skills and ability to manage production-related data
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across multiple departments
