Role OverviewThe Production Supervisor reports to the Operations Manager and is responsible for supervising the production of finished goods, sub-assemblies and components. This role requires two years of experience as a Line Leader in a production environment and involves maintaining productivity and quality levels as required.

The Production Supervisor will analyze schedules, troubleshoot problems, maintain a safe workplace, and maintain labor and production records. They will also communicate effectively with customers, employees, and external personnel.
