Role OverviewSupervise shop employees, plan work schedules, conduct performance reviews, and enforce safety procedures. Coordinate with Planning/Scheduling to set daily machine schedules and troubleshoot workmanship problems.
What You Will Do
Interview and evaluate prospective employees, plan and coordinate training, and assist in the resolution of internal and external customer problems/complaints.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a steel or manufacturing environment
- Two or four-year college degree, or equivalent experience
- Leadership experience required
- Supervisory experience strongly preferred
- ISO 9001:2015 experience, preferred
- Formal safety training (OSHA 30, NSC, etc.), preferred
