Role OverviewThe Production Support position handles multiple tasks that support the production of hose assemblies fabricated in-house. This is an evolving role that may expand into other production support activities.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include labeling, laser etching, shipment prep, OEM assembly, testing, cycle counts, inventory management, quality control, and safety procedures.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3+ years of warehouse, delivery, or related experience, with strong decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Requirements
- 1–3+ years of warehouse, delivery or related experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to lift, carry and move materials of 50 lbs. or more
- Ability to quickly learn warehouse operations, products and equipment
- Sound decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Effective time management and the ability to multitask
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Mechanically inclined a plus
- High school diploma or GED
- Technical high school and/or college coursework a plus
