Role OverviewLead a team of hourly personnel in a specific work cell/area to fulfill customer requirements/order rates to produce quality products in a safe and timely manner following standard work designed for the value stream.
What You Will Do
Perform duties in the areas of planning, controlling, and motivating the efforts of team members to meet customer requirements/order rates, ensuring that the lean production process is running as designed, and applying continuous improvement of the process to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals.

Requirements
- High school degree
- Experience in a production environment
- Ability to operate an overhead/jib crane up to 25+ tons
- Ability to assist in production and train operators in powered industrial vehicle and/or Crane/Hoist training
