What You Will Do
Daily tasks include ensuring worker rotations, providing training to new employees, coordinating with resources to maximize equipment uptime, inspecting product quality, and reporting performance issues. Other responsibilities include completing scrap transactions, communicating with Shift Leads, and monitoring attendance.

Requirements
- Follow Rapak’s Code of Conduct, Safety, Hygiene and SQF Policies and Procedures
- Ensure all team members work in accordance with safe practices and GMP’s
- Lead all pre-shift safety topics and stretching programs while ensuring employee participation
- Adhere to and maintain company standards for 5S and cleanliness within assigned department
- Ensure and/or provide training to new employees
- Partner with Production leadership, Maintenance, QC and Warehouse to reduce/eliminate downtime
- Inspect product to ensure the highest quality and foster a “right the first time” attitude
- Report daily performance, training issues, potential material shortages, maintenance requirements, quality, and productivity, etc.
- Ensure finished product jobs are completed with 100% accuracy
- Complete appropriate scrap transactions for all production jobs
- Communicate with Shift Leads to ensure a seamless transition during shift changes
- Monitor attendance, rest break and lunch
- Support all EHS activities and strictly adhere to all work instructions and safety procedures
