Job Description
The Production Team Lead is responsible for managing day-to-day operational activities, training and developing a safe and efficient hourly workforce, and ensuring the crushing and screening plant operates safely and efficiently. The role requires a strong understanding of plant flow and mechanical equipment operation to optimize daily production.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or associate degree in a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in the aggregate industry or a related field in manufacturing
  • Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical problems on equipment
  • Understanding of quality control procedures
  • Leadership abilities
  • Basic Microsoft Word and Outlook skills
  • Physical ability to lift, bend, and walk in a production environment
