Role OverviewAssists the Production Supervisor in the daily operations of the Direct Labor Department, coordinates weekend workforce, and performs all essential duties for all direct labor positions.
What You Will Do
Perform tasks such as taking over information at shift change, troubleshooting equipment, utilizing Intouch for production scheduling, and maintaining a routine presence on the production floor.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of manufacturing experience, 2 years of lead experience, and knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) requirements. They will also exhibit qualities of a leader, have good communication and organizational skills, and be willing to work in a controlled environment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5 years of manufacturing experience
- 2 years of lead experience
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) requirements
- Good verbal reasoning, numerate ability, and mechanical aptitude skills
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Basic knowledge and understanding of a computer
