Job Description
Milk-Bone is recruiting for a Production Team Leader to lead production operations, including quality, cost, delivery, safety, and sanitation. The position requires experience in a Team Leader/Supervisory role, excellent communication and computer skills, and availability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years manufacturing experience in a Team Leader/Supervisory role or related Team Leader/Supervisory experience
  • Working knowledge of manufacturing operating systems
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Effective time management skills
  • Previous work in a unionized manufacturing facility (preferred)
