Role OverviewThe Production Technician supports machinists and CNC/EDM operators through preparation, material handling, secondary operations, inspection support, equipment upkeep, and general production activities to ensure efficient workflow and achievement of production output requirements within the business unit.
What You Will Do
Supports machinists and CNC/EDM operators with daily production activities, prepares materials, performs basic machine operation tasks, performs deburring, cleaning, marking, packaging, and other secondary operations, assists with in-process inspections, and maintains area, equipment, tooling, and workstations in a neat and orderly condition.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
- Experience working in a machine shop or production environment
- Basic understanding of manufacturing drawings, work instructions, and measurement tools
- Strong listening and communication skills; verbal and written skills
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated self-starter with the ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and Manufacturing ERP systems (Job Boss preferred)
- Ability to safely lift materials and stand for extended periods in a manufacturing environment
