Role OverviewAs a Production Technician, you will be a member of a production crew, reporting to a supervisor of an assigned production area. You will contribute to the success of Ball by observing operating principles of all assigned equipment and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for your area of responsibility. The Williamsburg plant is a high-volume, fast-paced 24/7-365 days/year manufacturing environment.
What You Will Do
Your key responsibilities include following all 5S standards and job safety practices, operating and adjusting high-speed production equipment, performing preventative maintenance, inspecting aluminium for quality standards, and building positive relationships with your team.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have high school diploma or equivalent education, 1-year minimum experience in a mechanical job-related field, and proficiency in the use of hand and power tools. Preferred experience and skills include 2 years' work experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
