Requirements

  • Follow all plant safety and environmental policies
  • Maintain an organized workspace
  • Monitor operations and perform adjustments as necessary
  • Troubleshoot and analyze equipment problems
  • Initiate corrective actions to improve quality and equipment effectiveness
  • Repair or replace defective machine components
  • Perform line and machine changeovers
  • Achieve expected production quantities
  • Complete assigned technical training
