Role OverviewThe Production Technician performing Dry Film Lube and/or Cerakote Painting executes work orders according to customer expectations while achieving required rates and maintaining safety standards. This position is located on the production floor and requires the ability to work near moving mechanical parts and withstand occasional odors.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include reviewing work orders and paint specifications, obtaining and mixing paint ingredients, setting up and operating the oven, transporting parts to be painted, inspecting parts to ensure proper coating application, and maintaining the paint booth.

To be successful in this role, you must be able to work 3:00pm to 1:30am Monday through Thursday, have great mechanical skills and attention to detail, and be able to balance workload effectively and stay organized.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be a Citizen of the United States of America or have a current Green Card
- General knowledge or willingness to learn of DFL and/or Cerakote
- Experience as a painter/applicator in DFL, Cerakote, automotive and/or powder coating
- Strong knowledge of racking material electrical current carrying capacity
- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. regularly and up to 30 lbs. on occasion
