Role OverviewThe Production Training Lead is responsible for creating, improving, and executing training programs within the production environment. They will lead team members, develop training curriculum, and provide direction to production employees. The role also includes ongoing leadership for team members and front-line support for production flow and processes.
What You Will Do
Create training curriculum, develop work instructions, establish a standard process for onboarding, and evaluate training effectiveness. Respond to questions regarding daily work procedures and provide training to maximize production output.

Requirements
