Role OverviewResponsible for all activities associated with safely operating production machines, including setup, operation, cleanup, and recommending improvements to meet customer demand. Works in a manufacturing environment with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.
What You Will Do
Performs a variety of tasks in the assigned department, including housekeeping, machine operation, and quality control. Assists with completing necessary reports and cross-trains on other machines and positions in the plant.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior work experience in the packaging industry
- 6 months' experience in some type of manufacturing operation
- Ability to read and follow instructions
- Ability to read a tape measure with speed and accuracy
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions
