Role OverviewThe Production Utility Person plays a key support role in our manufacturing operations, assisting machine operators, handling materials, performing general labor tasks, and maintaining a clean and safe production environment.
What You Will Do
Assist with setup, operation, and changeovers, load, unload, and move raw materials and finished products, operate forklifts or pallet jacks, maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, inspect products for quality and report defects or irregularities.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous manufacturing or industrial experience preferred (rubber or plastics a plus)

- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
