Role OverviewThe Production Utility Operator III provides critical operational support across production areas, learning multiple machines, processes, and positions to step in wherever additional experience, coverage, or leadership support is needed.
What You Will Do
Cross-train on multiple production machines, processes, positions, and work areas. Operate and support various processing and production equipment. Serve as a flexible relief operator, stepping into different roles based on staffing and production needs.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, food manufacturing, food processing, warehouse, machine operation, or a similar industrial environment preferred
- Previous experience operating multiple types of production equipment is a plus
- Experience working in a cross-trained, utility, relief operator, production support, or similar role is preferred
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn multiple machines, processes, and job functions
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to develop additional technical skills
- Ability to understand and follow standard operating procedures, safety requirements, and production specifications
- Strong communication, teamwork, reliability, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while also supporting multiple teams and departments
- Comfortable taking initiative and providing guidance or operational support to other team members
- Ability to prioritize work and adapt quickly when production or staffing needs change
