Role OverviewThe Production Weld Shop Assembly Technician will follow all safety guidelines, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain safe and clean work areas. The technician will also be responsible for removing welded components from the jig and placing them on the production line.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities of the Production Weld Shop Assembly Technician include setting up weld jugs, monitoring raw materials, removing welded components from the jig, and assembling finished components. The technician will also be responsible for aligning and installing bolts on the production line.

- Setup weld jugs for welders
- Monitor levels of raw materials at stations and alert production lead when more is needed
- Remove welded components from jig and place on production line
- Align and assemble (install bolts) finished components while on the production line
- Proper use of hand tools and battery-operated tools
- Ability to stand, bend, twist, push or pull on items for entire shift
- Ability to lift 50+ LBS
