Role OverviewAs a Production Welder with John Deere in Horicon, WI, you will perform weld operations in a production environment focused on safety, quality, and teamwork. Perform weld operations, adjust voltage, heat, pressure, and speed to maintain quality, read and comprehend work instructions, utilize manufacturing tools, check results for conformance to specifications, and make necessary corrections.

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have at least one of the following: High School Diploma or G.E.D., National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC), or at least 3 years of manufacturing work experience
- Must have a weld certification (or equivalent) OR at least 6 months experience of welding in a manufacturing environment OR ability and willingness to successfully complete internal weld training program upon hire
- Ability to perform manual tasks related to described job duties for duration of work shift – with or without reasonable accommodation; including but not limited to frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and performing of repetitive actions
- Ability and willingness to work any shift and potential overtime (including weekends)
