Role OverviewJoin the 2nd shift team at Bachoco USA's Further Processing Plant in Fort Smith, AR. As a Production Worker, you will assist in the production of quality food products by performing various duties such as set-up/tear-down, sorting, grading, and packaging. This is a safety-sensitive position that requires standing, walking, and reaching for extended periods.
What You Will Do
Essential duties include setting up and tearing down workstations, sorting and grading product, making boxes, bagging finished product, and maintaining a safe and sanitary work area. You will regularly lift and move up to 40 pounds and work in a loud environment.
