Role OverviewJoin the IPG Team as a Production Worker - Laminating, assisting the Laminator Operator in maintaining the economy of the operation, quality and quantity of product, cleanliness of the area, and work performed in a safe manner.
What You Will Do
Perform tasks such as placing spools on creel racks, splicing together, putting CD yarns in scrim, and packaging reject/empty spools. Assist the Operator or Assistant Operator with mill roll preparation and web breaks.

Requirements
- Receives instructions from the Operator and Manager or Supervisors
- Maintains upstairs and downstairs creels and insures use of proper yarn denier and yarn placement for shop work order
- Places spools on creel racks and splices together
- Puts CD yarns in scrim
- Puts yarns in eyeboard and comb
- Packages reject/empty spools
- Stocks spools/supplies into creel areas
- Assists the Operator or Assistant Operator with mill roll (unwind splices and preparation) and web breaks
