Perform manual labor, read blueprints and orders, use hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools, and communicate with coworkers. Work quickly and methodically, understand safety procedures, and live the Champion Operating Principles.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must have a strong work ethic, good teamwork skills, and the ability to work quickly and methodically. Previous experience in manufacturing/modular housing is desired.

- Less than high school education
- Up to one month related experience or training
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
