Job Description
Howmet Aerospace is currently looking for a Foundry Worker to join our Howmet Casting located in Dover, New Jersey. The work hours for this Midnight Shift position are Sunday night - Thursday night 10:00 PM – 06:30 AM. The position involves Deplating, Dewaxing and Inspection / Wrapping molds for Casting in the Equiax and DS Foundry. Requirements

  • Deplating, Dewaxing and Inspection / Wrapping molds for Casting in the Equiax and DS Foundry
  • Removes molds from the output dry tunnels, removes hardware from molds and records mold weights
  • Loads and unloads autoclave & continuous Dewax oven
  • In the Equiax Foundry perform the Core Reclaim operation when needed
  • Perform mold wash / inspection/ mold wrap and boroscope operation
  • Operates attendant equipment
  • Transports materials and molds as required
  • Maintains a clean and safe working area
  • Cleans and prepares hardware for wax assembly
