Job Description
We are a nationally recognized litigation defense firm seeking a Products Liability/Toxic Torts Attorney to defend companies and policyholders in complex disputes nationwide.

Requirements

  • Recent experience in case management, drafting critical motions, developing written discovery, taking and defending depositions, participating in court proceedings, and trial and appellate experience
  • NY bar admission
  • Recent products liability or toxic torts experience
