Job Description
HireNow Staffing is seeking a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) to serve as the technical authority for its New Bern operations. This is a senior-level role requiring both engineering expertise and operational leadership.
Requirements
Active Professional Engineer (PE) license in North Carolina or ability to obtain via reciprocity
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a licensed Professional Engineer
Strong background in structural engineering, construction engineering, or applied engineering environments
Demonstrated experience stamping engineering reports, designs, or structural evaluations
Experience supervising or mentoring engineering staff, inspectors, or field personnel
Ability and willingness to perform field inspections and site evaluations
Strong technical judgment and ability to make independent engineering decisions
Stable employment history with demonstrated long-term tenure in prior roles
