Role OverviewThe Professional Project Manager – Senior Level will provide overall construction project management functions, including monitoring and controlling the project, communicating across all project stakeholders, initiating the project, planning the project, executing the project, and closing the project. A person with a strong facilities, design and construction background is required for this role.

The general responsibilities of the Professional Project Manager – Senior Level include initiation phase, acquisition phase, design phase, construction phase, and project close out phase.
Why It Might Be a Fit
A person with 15 or more years of experience in architecture, construction, engineering, design, facilities management, or other relevant field, and in-depth knowledge of US Government Secured Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) construction, is desired.
Requirements
- ACTIVE and MAINTAINED 'TOP SECRET' Federal or DoD security clearance
- Bachelor's degree; FOUR (4) additional years of relevant experience may be used in lieu of degree
- FIFTEEN (15) or more years of experience in architecture, construction, engineering, design, facilities management, or other relevant field
- In-depth knowledge of US Government Secured Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) construction
