Job Description
The Professional Services Analyst supports the Wisconsin Department of Employee Trust Funds (ETF) by developing and updating procedural documentation, capturing business process changes, and translating complex information into clear resources for staff and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Develop, revise, and document business processes and worker procedures.
  • Translate complex program components and statutory requirements into clear instructional materials.
  • Update manuals, guides, and informational brochures in plain language.
  • Prepare analyses, technical reports, data visualizations, and other decision‐support materials.
  • Support modernization initiatives, including documenting system and workflow changes.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment of procedures and communications.
  • Facilitate meetings, support consensus building, and contribute in a team environment.
  • Analyze data, identify problems, and propose well‐supported solutions.
