Role OverviewAn experienced Program/Project Manager will lead and support operational initiatives for a large health plan, managing complex projects spanning care delivery, operational model development, technology, member experience, process improvement, and transformation.

The ideal candidate will manage complex projects from initiation through implementation, develop and maintain integrated project plans, and coordinate work across multiple functional areas and stakeholders.

Requirements
- Strong healthcare Program and/or Project Management experience
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across functions and organizational levels
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex projects and multiple concurrent workstreams
- Experience with strategic planning, business/process design, operational workflow improvement, or healthcare transformation
- Strong project planning, risk/issue management, dependency management, governance, and executive reporting skills
- Ability to facilitate complex discussions and convert ambiguous business problems into structured plans and deliverables
- Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills
- Ability to operate effectively in a highly matrixed healthcare environment
