Job Description
The Program Administrator 1 is responsible for overseeing non-routine administrative functions, including incident reporting and investigation, policy formulation, and staff liaison. The role also involves conducting investigations, collecting evidence, and preparing reports. Additionally, the Program Administrator 1 will serve as a liaison between administration and subordinates, transmit decisions and directives, and represent management at meetings.

  • Conducts staff meetings
  • Assumes responsibility in absence of supervisor
  • Researches and conducts on-site monitoring of existing programs
  • Develops project recommendations
  • Monitors campus and buildings for unusual and unsafe conditions
  • Reports equipment malfunctions
  • Completes reports
  • Performs safety functions
  • Monitors resident and staff activities
  • Conducts routine monitoring of resident program and medical charts
  • Assists any department as directed
  • Administers special programs
  • Participates in planning meetings
  • Attends manager/supervisor meetings
  • Attends in-service training
  • Conducts training
  • Attends meetings as needed
  • Provides information to State Highway Patrol
