Role OverviewThis position helps ensure Ohio child support payments are collected, processed, and disbursed accurately. The role includes vendor oversight, support for county child support agencies, and monitoring payment operations to keep services running smoothly.
What You Will Do
Monitor vendor performance, work with county agencies and employers to resolve payment issues, review payment data, and conduct call center quality reviews.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail are required. Ability to work with multiple data sets, use Excel, and communicate clearly are also essential.
Requirements
- Completion of undergraduate core program in business administration, management science or public administration
- 2 yrs. trg. or 2 yrs. exp. in supervisory, administrative &/or managerial position
- Or completion of undergraduate core program in academic field commensurate with program area to be assigned per approved Position Description on file
- Or 4 yrs. trg. or 4 yrs. exp. in business administration management science or public administration
- Or 1 yr. exp. as Program Administrator 1, 63122
- Or the equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment noted above
