Job Description
Work in the field with District staff to ensure the appraisal process complies with all laws and regulations. Provide production support to the District in all levels of the appraisal discipline. Provide hands-on training to District Staff.

Requirements

  • Expertise in eminent domain appraisal
  • Ability to solve complex appraisal issues in compliance with laws and regulations
  • Self-motivated worker with the ability to efficiently manage assignments
  • Ability to communicate complex issues and feedback to staff and consultants
