Job Description
The Program Administrator 3 provides programmatic direction and manages business functions for the Deputy Director of the Division of Career & Technical Education and Workforce Readiness. They oversee projects, develop communications strategies, and coordinate meetings and travel arrangements.

Requirements

  • 5 years of training or experience in business administration, management, or public administration.
  • Completion of an undergraduate core program in business administration, management, or public administration, or an equivalent degree.
  • Experience in supervisory, administrative, and managerial positions, or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and maintain confidentiality.
  • Knowledge of program management and business administration principles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop reports.
